The article argues that British maritime museums do more to represent the nation than sea, thereby contributing nation-building discourse, and offers an alternative way of thinking about belonging through lens mobilities. United Kingdom’s national are, course, but a few among many seeking incorporate diverse range community voices perspectives into their collections exhibitions.
